Machine suitable to wind twisted raphia from 4.000 deniers (2250 mt/kg) to 80.000 deniers (112 mt/kg) cross wound spools 4", 6",  8", 10", 12" with or without tube from bottle-shaped spools or bobbins.

THE MACHINE IS COMPOSED BY:

  • Yarn breaking device for wound yarn
  • Draw compesation draw, mounted on a group, kept in tension by a spring
  • Take-up head with asincron motor driven by inverter, motor of 1,5 Kw
  • Speed regulation device of yarnguide according to the denier and/or diameter to be winted up
  • Screw box
  • Pneumatic piston for the moving of screw box
  • Digital electronic metercounter with 6-digit preselection or stop for reached set diameter
