The exclusive SIMA technology of four-for-one twists per revolution on the compound rope layer model 300 represents the most advanced level of research gained from many years of experience in the rope manifacturing industry. The model 300 fulfills the meets the customer's requirements in the production of ropes from synthetic and natural fibers.

This machine has been peculiarly designed for the production of thinner ropes, to be employed in the manifacture of nets (fishing nets, trawl twines, tying and packaging twisted yarns for cabled ropes).

Thanks to the principle of the four-for-one twists on the feeding section, this new rope layer model 300 can achieve a productivity almost three times more than a traditional rope layers (two-for-one) and produces vary high quality rope.

This peculiarity is a winning card enabling the production of thinner ropes at a tremendously high productivity rate and consequently with a sharp saving in production costs.
