This new machine developed by SIMA Group represents an important novelty in the field of rope layers, because 200/4 is suitable to produce small diameters, from 2 to 6mm, without investing high capitals, therefore with the max economical conveniennce.
The 200/4 is made of a feeding section, running with 3 or 4 strands, and of a take-up section, which is the GS2000, a more than tested machine.
The system conceived in this way leaves complete freedom to the customer concerning its use, because it is evident it can be used as a rope layer or, using the only take-up section, as a twister.
The 200/4 runs on the principle of the 2 twists in the feeding section and 2 twists in the take-up section; mechanically speaking, cynematism where introduced, which have been considerably simplified, with benefits to the noise level, which is within what foreseen by the international regulations, thanks also to the insulation.
ADVANTAGES:
- Set-up of 200/4 through the control panel of GS2000
- Electronic change of the pre-twist ratio
- Device to detect the strand breakage
- Immediate change of the rotation direction S or Z
- New cynematism with consequent noise reduction
- Feeding up to 4 bobbins of 12" x 12", for a total of 160000 den
We wish here by to point out that in its range of rope layers SIMA Group has another machine, with the same diameter, the 300/3 and 300/4, which is not replaced, but comes alongside. In fact, the 200/4 for ropes of Ø= 3mm produces 16 Kg/h while the 300 produces 29 Kg/h, t is therefore clear that the 300 is extremely valid and unreplaceable for the large productions.
