Thanks to the new OMEGA automatic rope coiler series specializing in the production of coils from ropes from synthetic and natural fibers (baby & medium coils), SIMA has given a definitive answer to the problem of the variability of the take-up.
This make possibile the production of tailor-made packages for the consumer, both for the domestic and industrial market.
The OMEGA rope coiler series is fully automatic and makes coils without bindings, allowing easy handling of the product to the end of the coil thus reaching a very high productivity.
The following features turn the OMEGA rope coiler into an indispensable tool for the rope makers aiming at putting into practice a totally flexible winding system extremely market oriented without being burdened with additional cost:

  • minimum space;
  • possibility of feeding from coils taken directly from the take-ups of the rope layers (without any use of creels or unwinders);
  • full automation in controlling the completion of the product (coil) and in the restart;
  • easiness of operation and real labor savings.
